Security Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the hotel.
• Monitor surveillance systems and security equipment to detect any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, documenting actions taken and resolutions.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external security providers as needed.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in luxury hotel or resorts. 
• Language Skills; Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Familiarity with local regulation and security protocols.
• Certification: Gada Pratama valid security training certificate

• Expertise in managing and improving security operations, protocols, and technologies.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and develop a team of security professionals.
• Skilled in managing and responding to emergencies, including fire, medical, and security incidents.
• Ability to identify security risks and implement preventive measures.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and develop the sales team, providing training and guidance to meet established targets.

Requirements

Spa Therapist

Responsibilities: 

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other wellness therapies, based on the hotel’s offerings and guest preferences.
• Provide a calm, professional, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the guest’s spa experience.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, spa areas, and equipment, adhering to hotel standards and health regulations.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about spa products, services, and techniques to educate and assist guests.
• Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure smooth operation and optimal guest satisfaction.
  
  

Requirements:

• Professional certification in massage therapy and other relevant spa treatments.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
