Responsibilities:

Engineering – Mechanical Electrical Plumbing 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, water systems, and power distribution.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with MEP systems, including mechanical failures, electrical outages, plumbing leaks, and HVAC malfunctions.
• Install new MEP systems or upgrade existing systems in alignment with hotel renovation projects or energy-efficiency goals.
• Ensure all MEP work is in compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Promote safety awareness among hotel staff and assist with emergency preparedness.
• Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, front desk, etc.) to address MEP-related issues that affect daily hotel operations.
