CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season (04 January - 30 June, 01 September - 21 December)
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or amendments made within 21 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show will be charged the full cost of the stay.

High and Peak Season (01 July - 31 August, 22 December - 03 January)
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or amendments made within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show will be charged the full cost of the stay.
